Winemaker/Grower Relations/Vineyard Manager for the past 23 years in Michigan, California and New Zealand. Most notably worked closely with Randall Grahm of Bonny Doon Vineyard of Santa Cruz, CA for over 19 years.
Director of Operations
Sales/operational experience in the glass container business for the last 15 years. Former VP with Ardagh Group, with strong relationships throughout all segments of the US wine industry.
General Manager
Winemaking & Operations
With over 25 years in the industry as a General Manager and Winemaker. Jason is experienced in crafting leading brands like Robert Mondavi and Meiomi at top companies such as Gallo and Constellation Brands.
Director of Sales
Operational / production experience with Channel Island Surfboards and Rabble Wine Company. Sales experience with Lynda.com (LinkedIn) and Wine Warehouse (2017 sales rep of the year).
National Sales Manager
Barbara launched her career in the wine and food industry in 1985 at Bonny Doon Vineyard in Santa Cruz, CA, developing a keen interest in winemaking through cellar work.
Controller
Joining the team in 2021, Isai brings a wealth of experience in public accounting, finance, and consulting to WarRoom Cellars. A Central Coast native with a BS in Business Administration.
Fulfillment and Operations Manager
WarRoom exports and DTC fulfillment, and the token “Santa Margarita local” – complete with farm-life vibes and a truck covered in mud from two years ago. Spent 12 years in Australia.

Began business career with Arthur Andersen & Co, where he earned CPA designation. Later went on to become heavily involved in both the real estate and agribusiness industries.
